About us: Venture Construction are suppliers of comprehensive recruitment solutions throughout the UK. We supply to the demands of Construction, Building Services, Engineering and Rail Industries. About the role: The successful candidate will work within our Blue Collar division in our London Liverpool Street Office. The role will consist of assisting existing clients with their recruitment needs. You will be successfully placing temporary staff & managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities & Duties: * Candidate generation * Timesheet management * Compliance * Rate negotiation with Candidates * Managing Candidate information via our CRM System * Collating References from previous employers * Building and maintaining relationships with Candidates * Sourcing Candidates via Job boards & Adverts * Generating Leads * Aftercare * Making outbound calls * Meeting Targets Commission payable after 6 Months successful probation period. Full Training will be provided
