Clerk Of Works/ Supervisor

IMH Recruitment are currently looking for a Clerk of Works/ Supervisor to work on behalf of the Kirklees Council. The position is an immediate start and will be night working 19:00 – 07:00 hours to supervisor carriageway binder and surface course works. Duties & Responsibilities * Inspecting construction work * Measuring and quality checking building materials * Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them * Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects, and clients * Keeping detailed records of work * Liaising with contractors, engineers, and surveyors * Checking that building regulations, health and safety, legal and ecological requirements are met * Working between an office and construction sites If you are interested, please apply with an updated CV, and contact the office on (phone number removed)
