Site Manager - Residential - Traditional Build Temporary Contract - 4 Months + Surrey Immediate Start £230 - £250 LTD / CIS allowed The client is an innovative contractor who has taken over the market and is one of the leading entities out there., Health & safety and brand value are hugely important to this client. Definitely a good company to get in with whether you are working freelance or permanent My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager on a residential scheme in Surrey. You will be responsible for running for 6 Traditional build house's from just before 1st fix to completion. There will also be another site to go to straight after should this go well. We are looking for someone with great organisational and paper work skills, as well as the construction knowledge.
