General Labourer – Self Employed Basis Hours – Monday – Friday (Apply online only) Weekend overtime available Day Rate £120 - £170 Dependent on level of knowledge – Self Employed Location: Peterborough General Labourer A general labourer is needed to do physical labour duties and assist with business operations on construction sites on a self-employed day rate basis. JOB DESCRIPTION Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman. Reads and interprets instructions and procedures. Moves materials and equipment to work locations. Prepares construction sites. Supports plant production activities in receiving materials. Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as directed.
