Construction Manager Cat B fit out

Company Overview: Our client is a privately owned, medium sized contractor undertaking both new build and refurbishment contracts typically between £5m and £50m in value. They work within the commercial, Healthcare and Leisure sectors on a traditional basis. The business has an annual turnover in excess of £100m and there are plans to continue the growth Position: They require an experienced Construction Manager who has experience of Cat B commercial projects. The project was initially a structural refurbishment but they are now into the fit out stage of the project and need a different type of expertise on the job. . Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering new build and refurbishment up to £25m in value. You will also need valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS. Carpentry background, a good eye for detail and good teamwork are also pre-requisites
