Constructive Moves is working with a bespoke residential developer whom is looking to appoint an Customer Care Coordinator to manage their customer care experience and managing the warranty period of their developments. expand it's customer care team with the appointment of a Customer Care Coordinator.
You will be part of the customer team and you will deal with all the customer concerns received by telephone or written communication and co-ordinate and administer all activities in a timely and professional manner, and deliver the residential developer commitment to the customer journey.
You will have to keep the Homeowners up to date with the issues raised and deal with internal and external contractors to get the issues completed if of course the issues are the companies fault. You will have to maintain up to date records of all courtesy / customer visits, and log all defects identified and works completed. Produce any invoice or completed to the commercial department in a timely and accurate manner, keep weekly work schedules up to date and make appointments for the purchasers and customer care operatives.
Ideally you would have had previous experience of a customer care role with other another residential developer. You must have the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations, be polite, tactful and have an assertive attitude. Have patience and calmness under pressure, have superb communications skills and good team working skills.
