Senior Project Director (Turnaround)

We seek a Senior Project Director and proven turnaround expert, to take between 1 and 3 mid-sized (c.£30-50m each) new build luxury residential/hotel type projects, from partial completion to successful completion. With a focus on Technical and Performance, you will have full responsibility for project success/turnaround, and own all related construction functions to final completion. We are looking then for the best of the best. An expert Senior Project Director / Turnaround Consultant / Construction / Operations Director type, who has the knowledge and drive, as well as strength and desire to own and take full responsibility. Someone who will take control quickly, make the right decision first time, lead from the front, and be trusted fully to deliver successful project completion. To be successful as the Senior Project Director you must be able to show: Expert level knowledge across Technical, Construction, Performance & Planning Strength to make quick hard decisions and own/lead to successful outcome Huge amounts of energy with the ability to operate at the highest level Proven track record of turning around related mid-sized projects A challenging, yet highly rewarding opportunity for the right Senior Project Director, with a day rate of up to £1,000, travel, accommodation and significant lump sum achievement and completion bonuses.
