Mechanical Project Manager
A well-established, design & build engineering contractor are looking for an experienced mechanical project manager to work on commercial fit out projects in Central London
The Mechanical Project Manager
They are currently looking to recruit a new experienced Project Manager. You would be expected to possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations, preferably in the Commercial Sector, with responsibilities including:
* Programming
* Technical Submittals
* Procurement
* Sub-contractor and Labour Management
* Cost Control
* Progress Reporting
* Health & Safety
* Project & Programme Implementation
* Understanding of design and drawings
* Technical & Progress Meetings
* Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
* Compilation of O&M Manuals
The Company
The company you will be working for is a full design and build Mechanical contractor delivering a full turn key approach to construction.
Experience and Qualifications
Suitable qualifications and a proven track record of technical and financial success in this role is essential, together with a commitment to meeting targets for customer service and quality.
Necessary requirements are:
* Mechanical qualifications (time served or academic)
* Experience delivering projects up to £2m
* Experience on commercial fit out
Remuneration
The successful applicants will enjoy a salary of £65,000 complete with negotiable package
