JOB OVERVIEW
We are actively recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to be based in Calderwood.
The purpose of this job role is to assist the Project Manager in the day to day running of the site.
The ideal candidate will be from a housing background.
The Assistant Site Manager will be partly responsible for delivering all areas of Health and Safety, Undertaking snagging checks, Ensuring all protection in place prior to any new jobs starting, Inspecting show homes and ensuring all housekeeping is being maintained, Timesheets and ensuring all accurate and up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS/RELEVANT INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Communication Skills
Health and Safety Awareness.
Organisational Skills.
Previous supervisory experience in the construction industry.
Good IT knowledge
First Aid
TRAINING
CSCS Card is mandatory
SMSTS training
Scaffold awareness
Temporary works training
First Aid
