Job Description
An Architectural Practice whose success has been built around its people, based on a collective approach to expertise, creativity, and commercial edge, is looking to continue its growth with an Architectural Technician/Technologist.
You will be joining an award-winning, AJ100 practice that has quickly risen to a top 25 ranking with a presence across the UK and a portfolio that covers most sectors.
You will gain the opportunity to be responsible for supporting projects through all RIBA work stages from inception to completion in a range of sectors for a variety of clients. If you are looking to continuously develop your career in a friendly, collaborative, and creative environment with all-around responsibilities and site exposure this is a role that can offer a huge amount of work satisfaction. Based on these responsibilities you will have to demonstrate previous exposure to running multiple, large-scale projects, and meeting time-critical deadlines.
Skills Criteria:
Preferably 5+ years of post-qualified experience in the UK
HNC/HND in a related discipline or can demonstrate significant relevant experience.
Membership of CIAT or working towards chartered status.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and an understanding of BIM level 2 Protocols.
Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
Previous experience with NBS specifications writing.
Competent working knowledge of data management systems.
Ability to manage workload effectively, make clear decisions, and meet tight deadlines.
Team & Collaboration Orientated
Confident communication/liaison with clients, contractors, and third parties.
This practice offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on your experience, and a benefits package that promotes a work-life balance and supports your professional development needs.
