Project Manager Construction Consultancy

An established, medium sized Project Management Construction Consultancy is now looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Exeter. The Project Manager's Role The successful Project Manager will lead on projects in a variety of sectors, predominantly in the Residential and Education sectors. Residential schemes include student accommodation, high-end, luxury residential buildings and mid-rise apartments. As Project Manager your duties will include risk assessment, carry out site progress reviews, analyse project cash flow, and cost benchmark.
