M&E Projects Manager
Our client is a well-established M&E contractor based in North West. They work on Commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality and leisure projects.
Job Description:
·Support the review process of new opportunities
·M&E Site surveys
·Support the M&E estimating process
·Support the M&E design process
·Lead the RFI’s/Tender query process
·Ensure materials are available to suit programme and achieve efficient productivity
·Support the delivery of the works
·Monitor and ensure programme timeframes are adhered to
·Liaise with any specialist subcontractors
·Liaise with client and ensure relationship is maintained, dealing with any issues promptly
·Attend project / progress meetings as required
·Price and document all changes / CVI’s / variations
·Completion of end of project documentation including O & M's
·Close out – O&M’s etc
Ideal candidate:
Will have qualifications or experience in delivery of a Contract Management role in a Hard FM service and maintenance environment.
Will have a recognised qualification in the Management of Health & Safety (i.e. IOSH/NEBOSH).
The candidate must have excellent team management skills and can demonstrate team development abilities.
The ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with all team members across the business is essential.
Must have an M&E Background.
Must have right to work in UK.
