Building Senior Quantity Surveyor

Corrie Recruitment are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a construction background for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be based in our client’s office covering the Moray or Inverness areas. The role requires that you have; • Background in building/construction contracting • Experience in building up estimates from internal and subcontract pricing • Experience in producing subcontract documentation and negotiating T&C’s • Experience in producing all commercial notices • Experience in producing and submitting monthly valuations • Ability to develop relationships with clients and subcontractors • Experience in working with common forms of contract The remuneration package will be negotiable depending on experience but would range from 55 to 65K.
