Full time position to join our small efficient in-house estate maintenance team.

Varied work across all types of estate properties and buildings, using traditional and modern building methods and materials. Work ranges from general repairs to full renovation and refurbishments. An exciting Grade II listed property renovation due to start Autumn 2022.

All building experience will be considered. An appetite to learn new skills and to be part of an enthusiastic team maintaining heritage properties will be best placed for this role.

Hours 8am– 5pm (1 hour for lunch. 40 hours per week) weekdays and emergency call outs on weekends a possibility

Salary – £25,000 - £40,000pa (commensurate to experience)

Pension – 10% employer contribution

Holiday – 20 days plus public/bank holidays

Full driving licence required
