Within our Design Team, you’ll work with UK Water Companies and high-profile infrastructure organisations, giving you the unique opportunity to bring ground-breaking work to life. Your solutions will have impact, making a genuine difference to people’s lives.

This role is a hybrid working position based both from home and in the office in Birmingham.

Key responsibilities: 

• Produce technically sound CAD related deliverables using 2D working under supervision.
• Be aware of health, safety and welfare e.g. Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and how theses safety principles might apply when designing
• Be able to comply with technical governance procedures

Skills and Experience

• Have design or operational experience in a utility industry, ideally UK potable water
• Are computer literate and thoroughly conversant with the MS office suite.
• Have good communication skills in dealing with clients and colleagues.
• Apply a client focused approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification, i.e. minimum four GCSE’s at grades A* to C including mathematics, English and a recognised science subject.
