Project Director - Europe

My client, a major name in the European Data Centre building market with a stellar reputation for delivering £100M+ jobs for some of the world's biggest names have asked me to find them quality applicants who are either already operating in a Project Director's role or looking to step up into the role and potentially haven't yet been given that option where they are. The company is very well known and turns over in excess of £2Bn p.a at present working in the technical building field on laboratory build, data centres, pharma, biogen and manufacturing facility projects world wide. They've landed a lot of new work for 2022 and beyond and are looking to add to their team within the Technical Building division. Typical project values are between £100m and £350m overall and there is an increasing demand for their services within the sector. The work will take place in Europe and as such all applicants need to have a valid visa or a valid European (please note this definition no longer includes the UK) passport to be eligible.
