Integral to the business’s success, our client is committed to developing their people and believes that success is a result… This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to work for a progressive company with an exceptional team The Role - Quantity Surveyor Permanent role Base, Amsterdam, Netherlands As a Quantity Surveyor you will be managing the exteriors works on a prestigious Data Centre scheme in the Netherlands. You will be looking after works including cladding systems, steel works and roofing works The scheme is set to run until December 2023, and following on from that there will be schemes either in the UK or Europe You will be based on site in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Typically you'd be in the Netherlands for 10 days and then home for 4 days Travel and accommodation will be paid for You can either fly or drive if you'd rather have your car over there You will be working with a permanent team of 15-18 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, along with (Apply online only) subcontractors You will be based in the UK for 4-6 weeks at their head office in Bedford, and will get to know the company, project, and their processes, before going out to the Netherlands The company are looking after both the interiors / exteriors packages on a large data centre scheme. Combined these are worth £70m Euros. You will be looking after the exterior package The Right Person - Quantity Surveyor You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has experience working on exterior schemes - (cladding systems, steel work, and roofing) You will have experience working on industrial schemes, ideally data centres You must be happy to work in Amsterdam Netherlands Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveying / Construction / Amsterdam / Netherlands
