PROJECT MANAGER/ CONTRACT MANAGER
About:
Fit Out Contractor working on Retail and Office interiors for the last 40+ years.
looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Projects Team, the candidate would have to have experience of Retail and Office Fit Outs along with a good general Fit Out knowledge.
a strong and extensive background of high end Fit Out Projects is necessary along with the ability to show a track record on managing projects from conception to delivery.
Motivated, hard-working, and good leadership skills are required.
Responsibilities of role:
• Produce programme of works, instruct, and manage Sub-Contractors
• Order site materials, plant, skips etc
• Liaise and manage Site Manager and Site Operatives ensuring day to day progress and running of projects
• Attend weekly site meetings with sub-contractors and clients
• Ensure the project is running to programme
• Manage changes to the Project Scope, Project Schedule, and Project Costs
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Produce, manage, and review H & S documents
Essential requirements:
• Project Management experience from Concept to Completion
• Management experience of blue-chip Retail & Office Fit Outs
• An ability to communicate in all levels from Client to Site Operatives
• Good knowledge of Retail and Office Fit Outs
• Must have good leadership skills
• Hardworking and motivated
Candidate:
* Must have experience in fitout.
* Must be North west based.
* Must have all relevant tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First aid)
* Be happy to travel nationwide when required to visit sites.
