Commercial Manager Opportunity to work for a reputable Contractor in London - up to £100,000 plus package Fawkes and Reece have been asked to assist a well-respected Contractor in their search to strengthen their Commercial division with a Commercial Manager. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional business that already has a great name in the market, solid client-based and portfolio of projects, and plans to continue growing one of their Key divisions. Our client is looking for a Senior individual with a proven track record to work alongside the current director and help shape and grow an existing division within the business. As a company, our client operates within the Construction market working across various refurbishment and fit-out schemes across London. With the bulk of their work being repeat business through their existing clients, they have a reputation of delivering projects to the highest of standards and working in the most professional manner. This has given them the opportunity to continue growing the business working on projects up to £25 Million in value. The successful candidate will join the team working alongside the current Director heading up a division Commercially. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and teams of surveyors across various refurbishment schemes in London. Our client is looking for someone from a Contracting background working on London refurbishment schemes. For this position, depending on experience our client is looking to pay up to circa £110,000 plus package.
