Job Description
Our large Social Housing Construction Client is looking for a Customer Service Operative which will be based in their Cheam office.
Department: Customer Feedback
Hours: Monday – Friday, various shift patterns
Main responsibilities:
* Complaints Handling
* Answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the correct Client/Candidate
* General admin duties - Filing, data entry etc.
* Working as a team, aiming to reduce the number of Complaints in all Department
* Use feedback to provide recommendations and regular reports to Managers
Suitable candidates must have the following:
* Experience in delivery of excellent customer service
* Organised with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Call Centre experience (1 year)
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office including; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
