Site Contracts Manager

Our client, AJC Homes is looking for a Site Contracts Manager on a permanent basis, headquartered. This is an exciting time to join AJC Homes as they enter the next phase of their growth. The role will be based in Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire with a view to expanding sites this year. As Site Contracts Manager you will be a key member of the management team leading and managing all construction aspects within the traditional building department of the business, working on projects form pre contract through build execution and post contract. A big part of this role is the management of the in-house labour pool comprising groundworkers, builders, joiners and painters. Our client is ideally from a Trades Background or substantial construction experience particularly focused on bespoke house building. Who are our client?
