General Foreman (Ref: 32564)

Abatec offer the opportunity to join an exciting regional civil engineering contractor within the Southwest. The contractor operates infrastructure and earthworks packages such as drainage and road construction. As General Foreman you will: Be responsible for monitoring site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring programme deadlines are met. Organise plant and material ordering. Ensure health and safety standards are upheld on site. Keep accurate records and deliver accurate information i.e. toolbox talks. Ability to read construction drawings. Our client requires a General Foreman with: Experience of working on civil engineering projects. CSCS Site Managers card and SMSTS. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of stakeholders including clients.
