Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager with new build housing experience for a project in Stoke-On-Trent. THE PROJECT: The project consists of 135 new build homes THE DUTIES: You will be tasked with the day to day running of the site, overseeing subbies, labour and materials. You will be asked to produce a weekly/bi weekly report for the contracts manager. For this position, you must have previous site management experience and hold valid SMSTS certification, First Aid and CSCS Card.
