QA/QC Supervisor

We are working exclusively with an exiting modern method construction company based in Dublin. They are looking to recruit a QA/QC Supervisor reporting into the Head of Compliance. The Role: • Promoting compliance with, and governance of, company quality policy. Help to develop a culture of Right 1st Time’ approach within the company. • Day-to-day monitoring of quality within the production processes including quality checklists and hold points are adhered to. • The primary task of the QA QC supervisor is to ensure that all QC checks have been completed. This requires checking and signing-off of production teams completed work and completion of final inspections of modules in production and pre-transport checks. • Ensuring every detail of every quality form is completed (no field to be left blank). • Full due diligence has been applied in every checking process. • Non-conformances (NC) - providing Quality NC reports with root cause analysis and lessons learnt for issues, following up issues that arise as a result of an NC. Completion of trend analysis and lessons learnt reviews. • Ensuring continual improvement through proactive engagement with site and production teams on non-conformance, CAPA and lessons learnt through project lifecycle. The Candidate: • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar quality role, formal qualification in Quality preferable. • Experience in improvement, development and implementation of quality processes and practices within companies. • Experience within a technical industry - Open to Construction .and Automotive/ Aerospace • Understanding of auditing process, including Plan, Do, Check, Act. • Good IT skills are required. • The candidate must demonstrate a strong personality with the determination required to drive the development of a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the company.
