Multi Trader East London £36,000 per annum Permanent Position Daily responsibilities will include: Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties Day-to-day reactive maintenance work Plastering, carpentry and plumbing repairsRequirements for the role: Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering) Must have social housing experience as the work is carried out on resident's properties daily Good customer service skills A full UK Driving Licence NVQ Level 2 or above in carpentry, plumbing or plastering (desirable) Asbestos Awareness (desirable)Benefits: Van and fuel card supplied If you feel you would be suitable for this position, please apply or contact Leah on (phone number removed) for more information.
