Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join their expanding business in June / July this year. Whilst working in this role, you will be part of a growing regional Commercial team. You will be able to assist or lead the project, which is a £30M new build Industrial development (Gloucester). You will have support in the form of additional Surveyors, Assistants, roaming Commercial Managers / Directors, whilst reporting into a regional MQS. My client are a large National Main Contractor, who specialise in Industrial builds across the UK. Therefore, as you would expect the development in question consists of the following: * Steel Frame * Groundwork's / Civils * Cladding / Externals * Internals The ideal candidate for the role will have a background in main contracting. Knowledge and experience within the above mentioned sectors would also be of benefit.
