Our client is looking for an experienced trainer ideally with FM experience to join their team in their brand-new office near Manchester airport. My client provides facilities management solutions over 100 clients nationwide. This role is a permanent role working 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (flexible working hours and flexibility needed) Daily responsibilities will include: Ensure correct induction for new starters Making sure teams are working effectively Working alongside the learning and development team Use of Skills Matrix Dealing with clients Providing clear career pathway for employees Working to get 100% out of team members Requirements for the role Facilities Management or similar background Previous experience using FM platforms Personable Good attention to detail Benefits Brand new office Parking Flexible working Pension scheme Salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
