JUNIOR ESTIMATOR - FACADES & CLADDING MANUFACTURER Job Description Exciting opportunity to join a leading brand within the building envelope product sector focusing on building boards, facades and cladding for high end residential and commercial projects. The Role The role is to work with the clients range of high end architectural facade products on estimating large commercial and residential projects. You will get involved with reading drawings, following up leads, work closely with contracts managers to make the process run smoothly, along with a additional focus to keep in regular contact with the sales team and give assistance on any live projects. You will follow projects from start to finish to assist with any technical difficulties and maintain excellent customer service. The Candidate The client is looking to hear from candidates who have experience of working within the roofing, cladding, facades or insulation sector in either a estimator, surveyor, project manager, bid manager or related position. The ideal candidate will have facade product experience however they are open to hear from candidate who have general understanding of the building envelope sector, but with a strong background of working on commercial projects.
