Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to join a fast paced national builder in Edinburgh? Do you have experience as a Project Manager in private or affordable housing capacity? Are you looking to work for a new challenge? Our client is a leading main contractor who pride themselves in producing private and social housing with a very strong pipeline of work, this company are looking to expand their team due to growth and looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment. As project manager we will require you to: • Drive high standards of Health & Safety on site including regular site audits and maintain all paperwork and records • Ensure all KPI's and programme dates are met • Be I.T. literate and familiar with strict site processes • Lead and direct the site management and site team including Sub-Contractors. • Programme and Planning What you will need to have: • Previous experience in the housing industry with concrete frame flatted structure experience is essential • Experience in managing Architects, Engineers, Clients, Sub-Contractors, Supply Chain. • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels. • Programming experience • Strong knowledge of health and safety • Valid CSCS Card • SMSTS 5 day course • Proficient IT user • A strong understanding of technical issues and trends within housing and build sectors You will be rewarded with market competitive salaries, a very comprehensive benefits package and the chance to develop within a national company.
