Project Architect

A friendly and vibrant, medium sized, London based Architectural practice is recruiting for a Project Architect with a residential background. Initially you will be working on a 400 unit residential development which you will be required to lead. The project has secured planning consent which you will be taking through to completion. The ideal candidate will have worked on similar residential projects in a lead capacity from planning through to delivery. Job running experience is required as are good Revit skills. You will need a strong technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of UK building codes and regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented group of design professionals at an energetic and contemporary studio located near a number of train and tube stations in Central London.
