Health and Safety Advisor

My client are a leading RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor in London. They are a well renowned contractor with a strong client base. They have a current turnover of £120m and work on projects to the value of £25m. They have recently outgrown their old offices so have moved into brand new purpose built offices. About the Role: My client are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor for a roaming multisite role across London. These projects will range in value from £3m up to £20m. You will only be responsible for safety onsite, liaising with your colleagues and the client and promoting a strong safety culture. Responsibilities will include: Engaging across the site, implementing health and safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation Conducting training, toolbox talks, inductions and investigating incidents where required Reviewing the production of risk assessments and method statements and answering any health and safety related queries Undertaking audits and inspections of the site, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar role with RC Frame experience essential.
