Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer / Maintenance Technician urgently required for Student Accommodation in East London No CSCS required. No Tools required. Duties include Carrying out weekly, monthly and yearly PPM checks General repairs and maintenance tasks to include painting, basic plumbing, carpentry Ensuring overall appearance of building(s), grounds and equipment is maintained Moving furniture and heavy items from location to location on site as required Replenish stocks, spares and supplies Requirements: Maintenance Technician, Fabric Engineer, Handyperson, or Caretaker experience Experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment Understanding of risk assessments and PPM Strong team player Helpful and friendly personality with a flexible approach Good communication and customer service skills This position is to start immediately as a temporary worker.
