Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer - 2 Projects - Slough - £70,000 to £75,000 + Package Alice Rose Recruitment are partnered with an established Residential Developer in their search for an ambitious and dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor. This business offers particularly interesting projects across London and the southern region of the country. They also have long term ambitions to grow the business across the UK providing outstanding long-term progression. The Role: * Project: Slough * Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 (Please still apply if more is required as it’s negotiable) * Car/Travel allowance. * Bonus. The project is in Slough. You will be managing 2 sites that consist of 150 traditional build units. the Ideal candidate will have strong Residential experience and be from either a Developer or a main Contractor background (ideally in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management).
