Architect

An award-winning, mid-size, North London contemporary Architecture and design studio is looking to hire a recently qualified Architect with ideally 2 years post qualified experience. You would be joining an established studio of 20 years, a friendly, creative and hardworking team taking on a range of interesting projects from high quality contemporary workplaces to homes and community buildings, with award winning crisp clean design at the forefront and the end user at the centre. You should: Be Part 3, with around 2 years of qualified experience with some job running exposure and ideally experience of putting together Stage 3 and 4 level packs, including planning applications. Have a passion and previous experience of designing contemporary architecture and interiors with excellent attention to detail. Have experience in all RIBA Stages from concept to delivery and a working understanding of UK planning policies and building regulations. Be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Suite; experience of Revit is a plus but not essential for the right person.
