Senior Site Manager

Contract Scotland have a fantastic opportunity, with one of the UK's leading housebuilders for an experienced senior site manager on one of their higher end housing projects. This is a brand new site in the Stirling region. You are joining a highly regarded construction management team, in the Scottish housing sector, who are wholly invested in your long-term development. What you need to apply:- Proven site management experience within the volume housebuilding sector Knowledge of NHBC standards Exemplary Health & Safety record on site Ability to manage a large number of sub-contractors and labour on-site CSCS, SMTS, First Aid Qualifications With a number of sites in the central belt, the team focus on producing a high quality product, in large volume, so site managers from a similar background would cope best with the day to day demands in this environment.
