Trainee Site Manager - Bespoke Housing

Complex, bespoke and high end residential projects, a firm focus on creating sustainable builds - sound interesting? Company Information I am working with a privately owned construction business to procure a Trainee Site Manager or Site Supervisor for their growing and successful business Established for nearly 10 years, this company have become well known for their technical and interesting residential builds. They largely work across the South West region, sometimes going further afield due to referrals from their satisfied clients. Position They are looking for the Trainee to join the business and initially help to cover across a variety of sites, predominantly new build, bespoke residential projects. Duties will be to take the temporary ownership of the operational delivery, managing subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget What do you need? Previous experience on site would be be beneficial although the business may also consider someone currently on the tools, looking for that step up into management. Other requirements include: Bespoke, residential experience is preferred CSCS Card, First Aid Carpenter by trade Firm interest and passion for the projects they deliver This contractor has worked hard to create a fantastic office environment where all ideas are heard, and progression is championed You do not want to miss out!
