Groundworker repairs

I'm looking for an experienced Groundworker for a Social Housing repairs contract working around Warwick. This role will entail performing day to day repairs on tenanted properties. A company van can be supplied from day one if necessary. If using your own van, you'll be offered a higher rate of pay The Groundworker will be required to: Repointing Brickwork Disabled Ramps Slabbing/Fencing Repairs Repairing Boundary Walls The Groundworker will have: Their own tools Their own transport (or a van can be supplied) Experience with Social Housing In return the Groundworker will receive: £19 an hour and a company van, or £21 an hour and mileage expenses Long term work The opportunity for a permanent contract if you want one If you are interested in this Groundworker vacancy, then apply online or call Sean on (phone number removed)
