Company Overview: Our client are a privately owned medium sized contractor undertaking both new build and refurbishment contracts typically between £500k and £10m in value. They work within the commercial, public and residential sectors on a traditional and design and build basis. Position: They require an experienced Fit out/Finishing Manager for a job they currently have in North West London on a live healthcare scheme. The project includes Imaging suites, bedrooms, Urgent Care dept, Out Patients. Individual: Must have healthcare experience, ideally with a strong M&E, med gas knowledge, Very IT literate, Presentable, client facing at times, Personable, polite, organised. Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
