Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician Fawkes & Reece are working with a market leading house builder, with developing sites across the Midlands including the East Midlands. We are presenting an excellent opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable architectural technician. With quality builds and customers at the for front of everything they do, my client is looking for high caliber professionals with shared values and, a passion for the motivational approach to leadership. As an architectural technician you will produce, revise and present working drawings in accordance with technical and commercial influences, reporting directly to the technical manager. Duties Use the CAD system to produce working drawings, revision and amend site layout Liaise with commercial, technical and design leads alongside external parties for practical solutions for potential issues Produce drawing packages for presentation with building regulation applications, planning purposes Liaise with external bodies including planners to discharge conditions. Support neighboring departments with CAD information Support and assist assistant technicians in the fulfillment of duties and tasks Skills and experience Well established architectural technician with a proven track record with a house builder or an architectural practice with experience of house builds Experience of CAD processes Excellent communication, motivation and attention to detail IT competency What You Get in Return An office-based role with excellent salary plus package including car allowance, Career development and the opportunity to progress within a well-established national house builder.
