Job Advert – Electrical Project Manager
James Lewis is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager for an immediate start with a leading design and build electrical contractor with projects based in London & surrounding areas.
The electrical project manager will have experience within Category A/B Commercial fit outs and dealt with projects with electrical budgets of between £500k - £2m.
Responsibilities Include:
* Responsible for Supervisors & Engineers
* Delivering of projects and to manage a team accordingly.
* Overseeing the projects financial health in line with Budgets and Targets through to final account stage.
* Acting as a focal point for client and external teams.
* Managing the design, delivery, commissioning, and handover.
* Attending weekly on-site meetings / co-ordinating design
Requirements & Experience Required:
* Success in delivering projects in excess of £500k - £2m +.
* 2+ years of Project Management experience within CAT A/B fit outs.
* Able to quickly build strong working relationships with people at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Degree or Qualification (e.g 2391-52 Inspection and testing)
* Highly ambitious and committed
* Good problem-solving skills.
* SMSTS
The projects are based in London & surrounding areas, but travel is required to the Maidenhead one day per week.
Salary up to £75,000 (Depending on experience) plus bonus structure, pension, laptop & phone.
