Project Cost Consultant Super-Prime Residential Chelsea £40k - £50k This is an opportunity to work with one of the most exciting high-end residential consultancies in London – not only do they have a strong UK portfolio but 40% of their projects are across Europe and, on occasion, even further afield. For example, they have just won a £30m luxury villa in the southern Europe (something you would be involved on). Other schemes include penthouse apartments, country estates and 5* hotels. The company has been running for over 30 years and have built a very good reputation in that time. As such, they have a strong network of private sector developers and high-net worth individuals, meaning they rarely need to go out and bid for work. This boutique consultancy currently has a head count of around 20, split between QS and PM. You would be working as part of a close-knit team of 8 QS’s with a lot of support and direction from the Partners in the business – you would certainty not feel like just a number! Overall, this business has been steady since the pandemic but have now hatched plans to grow, recently moving into a brand-new office in Chelsea to give them space to do so. They have a very strong APC structure for the size of business they are, bringing in external assessors when needed and organising relevant CPD’s. On top of that, they have a very friendly culture and enjoy taking the team out on nice lunches and usually a few drinks on a Thursday – prior to the pandemic every year they would arrange a trip abroad, the last time being a long weekend in Iceland!
