Graduate Building Surveyor * £26,000 - £35,000 + APC support + bonus * Multi-disciplinary Consultancy * Brighton, East Sussex New opportunity for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor, or Architectural Technician who wishes to develop experience in Surveying, to join an established Surveying firm that can offer a broad range of work across the private sector? Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC * You will be qualified to degree level or equivilent in Building Surveying or associated subject * You could alternatively come from a background in Architectural Technology and be looking for a transition in to Building Surveying * Solid AutoCAD experience. Revit would be a bonus * You will ideally have experience across all/some of the following sectors; Commercial, residential, utilities Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor This role covers the full range of projects and professional instructions, whilst the bias will be slightly loaded towards project work: – * Contract Administration * Project Management * Surveys (full range) * Dilapidations * Production of AutoCAD/Revit drawings * Party Wall Salary & Package: Graduate Building Surveyor Salary between £26,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience and background, + pension + bonus scheme.
