Person Specification: Senior Building Surveyor * Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying * Ideally MRICS but will also consider experienced non-chartered candidates * Minimum 2 years post qualification experience, or a minimum of 5-10 years experience post graduation, in similar role / sector * You will ideally have experience in the education sector, local authority also suitable Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Building Surveyor Working with a focus towards the education sector, and with other work flows growing in the residential and healthcare sector, you will work across a range of projects, whilst also dealing with the associated professional instructions. Your work will cover but not be limited to the following areas: - * Feasibility Studies / Condition Surveys * Design * Specification writing (NBS preferred) * Contract Administration & Project Management * Client liaison and management * Technical due diligence for trusts Salary & Package: Senior Building Surveyor Salary – £50,000 – £65,000 per annum, dependant on experience and background * Standard ‘Nest’ Pension Scheme * 22 Days Holiday and Christmas Lockdown * Paid overtime * Annual Bonus * Annual PDR * Annual Salary Review * Car Allowance + 0.45p per mile for business use * Proffesional Membership Fee Paid Annually * CPD - £750.00 budget allowance per year * APC support * Advance IT set up with laptop / duel screen / ipad Company: Senior Building Surveyor Our client are specialists in the Education sector with decades of experience supporting schools, academies and more with comprehensive consultancy services.
