Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor * Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying (You may still be studying) * You may have post grad experience in Building Surveying * You may have started on your APC pathway * You will be driven to develop and progress your career Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor Working with a focus towards the education sector, and with other work flows growing in the residential and healthcare sector, you will work across a range of projects, whilst also dealing with the associated professional instructions. Your work will cover but not be limited to the following areas with full training and support: - * Feasibility Studies / Condition Surveys * Design * Specification writing (NBS preferred) * Contract Administration & Project Management * Client liaison and management * Technical due diligence for trusts Salary & Package: Graduate Building Surveyor Salary – £20,000 – £35,000 per annum, dependant on experience and background * Paid overtime * Annual Bonus * Standard ‘Nest’ Pension Scheme * 22 Days Holiday and Christmas Lockdown. * Annual PDR * Annual Salary Review * Mileage at 0.45p per mile for business use. * Proffesional Membership Fee Paid Annually * CPD - £750.00 budget allowance per year * APC support * Advance IT set up with laptop / duel screen / pad Company: Graduate Building Surveyor Our client are specialists in the Education sector with decades of experience supporting schools, academies and more with comprehensive consultancy services.
