You would be working for one of the most respected privately owned consultancies in the UK in a team of 30 that specialise in prime residential schemes in and around London. One project that you would be involved in from the offset is a highly confidential £400m super-prime resi scheme in Mayfair that is currently at procurement stage – other projects would be of a similar nature although not always at the same calibre as just mentioned. You would be expected to lead and run a team – business development is welcomed but not mandatory.
