Sales Advisor

My client, one of the UK’s largest house builders, are currently seeking a Sales Advisor. Responsibilities include: * Ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered. * Meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Progress reservations through to contract exchange and legal completion. * Ensure presentation of the site/development is maintained to the highest standard. * Take potential customers round show homes. * Assist purchasers with any defects and customer care issues. Experience: * Ideally experience of working for a residential housebuilder
