Project Manager - Envelope - NW London - To £85k + Package

Our client, who are one the UK's leading residential developers are looking for an Externals Project Manager for their development in the North West London region. You will be overseeing the façade/externals team working on a development that will be providing 3000 new homes over the next 15+ years. Reporting into a Project Director, you will be working on phase 1, on the final block that will consist of 14 storeys and 270 units. It will be an all brick façade with a small amount of cladding. The RC frame is complete and as well as the façade and brickwork, there will be some landscaping to oversee. Phase 1 is due to be complete in early 23 where you will then move on to phase 3 to cover pre construction works. Your day-to-day duties will be to oversee envelope site management and specialist sub-contractors, attend and chair progress meetings and ensure the project runs to speed and programme.
