Assistant Site Manager TO £40k plus bonus and car / car allowance Grantham New Build Housing My client has a new vacancy for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join them at their new New Build Housing site in Grantham. Working for a highly respected regional Housing Developer, my client is looking for candidates with previous New Build Housing experience (Trad build) they should have previous management / supervisory experience and be aware of NHBC guidelines. In return my client will offer an excellent base salary with Bonus and other benefits along with the opportunity to fast track their career in a rapidly expanding company.
