Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading main contractor who work on new build projects in custodial, education, healthcare and commercial sectors. Due to new project wins they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South Manchester! Duties: * Procuring subcontractors. * Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports. * Final accounts. * Identifying commercial risks. * Monitoring cash flow. * Working closely with site team.
