Contract Manager - Small Works

I am working with a Bristol based contractor who due to an increase in workload is looking to recruit a small works contract manager. The role will involve working on a wide range of projects including schools, universities, offices, hospitals and care homes. If successful, you will be responsible for the delivery of contracts from £5K to £100,000 which will range from 1-8 weeks. Due to the nature of the work, you will be expected to run multiple job simultaneous building strong working relationships with clients, their trades team and sub-contractors. You will be managing the inhouse labour and sub-contractors and the procurement and management of budgets. To be considered you will ideally be from a trades background with experience of working as a contracts manager or a site manager looking for a new opportunity. In return you will be offered a competitive salary and company van with fuel card plus other standard things such as pension.
